Originally when I received the helmet, it had a bunch of marks on it because it got mishandled in shipping so I had asked Matt (seller) if he knew how to fix it. He had me send it back to him while he was also in the process of moving into a new place. He had redone the helmet for me within the WEEK & sent it back to me immediately.
